So, Why should personality color matters in Network Marketing? Knowing the characteristics of your prospect will give you a better understanding on how to approach your prospect on the telephone or in person.
To be successful in Network Marketing you must understand the Personality color traits of your prospect.
4 types of personality color that you will need to master in Network Marketing:
Blue: Personality color blue prospect tends to me open and direct. When you ask them a question they will answer and give your more that what was asked. They are normally your Public Speaker, sales person and Entertainer. They are the life-blood of the party; they want to be seen and heard.
Strengths: promoter, convincing, enthusiastic, creative, high energy.
Weakness of a blue: They are talkative, have poor follow-up, and exaggerate.
Dislikes: facts & figures, being alone and not having fun
Yellow: Personality color Yellow is your prospect who tends to be a great listener and nurturing. These are your teachers, nurses, counselors, and therapists. If you asked them a question they are going to give you exactly what you asked for. Nothing more and nothing less.
When speaking to this prospect you must focus on children, family, charity. They are your givers and conversation about giving will get them going.
Strengths: Team player, Patient, Supportive and Nurturing.
Weakness: Too sensitive, they are followers, goals are second nature to them.
Dislikes: Pushy People, Bullies, Conflict.
Green: Personality color Green is your prospect who are indirect and closed minded. They love information, more data, numbers driven, and over analytical.
You want to present them with the preliminary, the more information that you present to them the more they will come back to you for. Your greens are your Accountants and your Engineers.
Strengths: Organized, Persistent, Follow-through
Weaknesses: Over-analytical, hard to please, lonely
They dislike Pushy people, no facts, and being late
Red: Personality Color Red is your direct and self contained. It is their way or hit the highway. Everything must be their way and they are all about the money and power. They will take over your conversation because they know it all and like to be in control.

These are your lawyers, CEOs, the attorneys and Presidents. Now, don’t get me wrong you need to have your “Reds” because they will recruit like a recruit machine.
Strengths: Focused, Goal Oriented
Weakness: Ego, Short-Tempered, Impatient, Un-coachable
Dislikes: Indecision, Chit-Chat, Losing Control
So, knowing the personality traits of your prospect will give you an ease when you are on the telephone. You will know exactly what to say, how to posture your self on the telephone. Your agenda is to first develop friendship, get to know them and their personality and you will have a banging conversation.
